Refund & Return Policy

1. Return window

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. What can be returned

Because of the personal nature of our products, only items that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging can be returned. Opened items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons, except where they are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered (see below). Other returns are generally not accepted.

3. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you — your choice. We cover the return shipping cost for quality issues.

4. How to request a return

• Email support@luvvjoy.com with your order number and the reason.
• We reply within 24 hours with instructions.
• Please do not send anything back before we confirm.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and checked the returned item, we refund the original payment method. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Return shipping

For faulty, damaged or wrong items, we pay for return shipping. Other returns are generally not accepted because of the nature of the products.

7. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
