1. About these terms
This website is operated by Star River International Trading (Hong Kong) Limited, Unit 616, 6/F, Kam Teem Industrial Building, 135 Connaught Road West, Sai Wan, Hong Kong. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use this site and buy our products. Our products are intended for adult use only.
3. Using our products
Please read and follow the instructions that come with each product. Stop using a product if it causes discomfort, and seek medical advice if needed. Product images and descriptions are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item you receive.
4. Orders and prices
Prices are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud; in that case any payment you made is refunded. Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not see or store your card details.
6. Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy form part of these terms.
7. Your account
Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused. You can delete your account at any time from the “My account” page.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
