Delete Your Account

1. Delete it yourself (fastest)

• Open the Luvvjoy website and log in on the “My account” page (/account).
• Click “Delete my account” at the bottom of the page and confirm.
• Your account is deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

2. Can't log in? Ask us to delete it

Email support@luvvjoy.com from the address you registered with and write “Delete my account” in the subject line. We reply within 24 hours and complete the deletion no later than 30 days after we verify the request.

3. What we delete

• Your account: email address, hashed password and login sessions.
• Verification and password-reset codes linked to your account.
• Your marketing subscription is separate from your account. To remove it as well, tell us in your email or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

4. What we keep

• Order records (items, delivery details, amounts, payment status) are kept for as long as tax, accounting and other legal obligations require. They are not used for marketing.
• Payment details are handled by our payment providers and Shopify under their own policies; we never store card numbers.

5. After deletion

You can register again at any time with the same email address, but your previous account and its access to past orders cannot be restored.
